The finest in-season ingredients from the ocean and our own local farm are the starring attractions on The Galley’s lunch and dinner menus. We also recognize that variety is the spice of life, and offer a delicious selection of meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes.
Of course, fine food is best appreciated when paired with fine wine. The Galley has assembled a world-class selection, including the best available from our own Central Coast Appellations, Napa Valley and other top wine producing regions around the world. Our wines are served in fine Riedel stemware, and carefully stored in our custom, temperature- and humidity-controlled wine vaults imported from France. Our full bar features classic drinks and modern favorites, and a fine selection of after-dinner drinks including vintage port, Cognac and Armagnac.
